BEF launched a comprehensive vocational training program for women in Pokhara and surrounding communities.
Training Programs Offered
The training covers tailoring, handicrafts, basic computing, and small business management skills.
Each module is designed to be practical and immediately applicable, ensuring participants can start earning within weeks of completing the program.
Mentorship & Support
Participants receive hands-on training along with mentorship and support to start their own micro-enterprises.
Our team provides ongoing guidance even after the training concludes, helping women navigate the challenges of starting a small business.
Impact & Goals
The program aims to break the cycle of poverty by providing women with the tools for economic self-sufficiency.
Over 50 women have already completed the program and are generating income through their newly acquired skills.
